These Terms govern your use of Mirrorly, a photo-based AI report image generation service, including ordering, uploads, checkout, delivery, refunds, AI-generated output, user obligations, limitations of liability, and dispute handling.

Mirrorly lets users upload a hand or face photo and choose a report type and result language. The service creates palm reading, hairstyle match, face reading, or beauty styling simulation report images and delivers them by email and result page.

The service is provided without account registration. It requires an email address, a supported image upload, acceptance of the Privacy Policy and these Terms, and one-time Stripe checkout.

Reports are for entertainment and self-reflection only. They do not replace medical, cosmetic, fortune-telling, legal, financial, employment, or other professional advice.

An order is formed when you submit the required photo, email address, report type, language, and legal agreement, and complete checkout.

Mirrorly may reject or fail an order if the file type is unsupported, file size exceeds the limit, the uploaded content cannot be processed, the service is unavailable, or abusive use is suspected.

The service is sold as a one-time digital content purchase per report. The base price is USD 0.99, and Stripe Checkout may present a localized currency amount through Adaptive Pricing where available.

Your card or payment statement may show JOCODING INC or JoCoding, Inc..

Stripe processes checkout and payment. Mirrorly does not directly store full card numbers or full payment method details. Stripe processing times and rules may apply to authorization, cancellation, and refund flows.

Before AI generation starts, you may request cancellation or a refund by contacting mu07010@jocoding.net.

If duplicate payment, system error, generation failure, delivery failure, wrong selected language, or other clear service mismatch is confirmed, we may provide a refund or regeneration.

Because the service creates customized digital content from a user-uploaded photo, simple change-of-mind refunds may be limited once generation has started or the result has been delivered. Mandatory consumer rights under applicable law remain unaffected.

You must upload only photos that you own or have authority to use. If the photo shows another person, you must have that person's permission.

You must not upload identity documents, government identifiers, financial information, health information, private images of others, illegal sexual content, child sexual abuse material, defamatory material, copyrighted material you are not allowed to use, or any other unlawful content.

You are responsible for disputes, claims, or losses caused by unauthorized or unlawful uploads.

After payment and delivery, you may use the AI-generated output for personal viewing, saving, sharing, and non-commercial social media posting.

AI-generated output may be inaccurate, stylized, incomplete, or unexpected. We do not guarantee actual appearance, palm interpretation, personality traits, future events, cosmetic effects, diagnosis, or fitness for a particular purpose.

You must not use the output to infringe rights, impersonate others, harass, discriminate, mislead, make false advertising claims, or imply guaranteed medical or cosmetic results.

Mirrorly may change service features, report types, prices, generation methods, vendors, and operating procedures as needed. Material adverse changes will be announced where reasonably possible.

Cloud outages, external API failures, payment processor issues, email delivery issues, network problems, security incidents, force majeure, or similar events may interrupt the service.

Result pages are provided through private tokens and signed URLs where applicable. You should keep your result email and downloaded files. Long-term storage is not guaranteed.

Mirrorly processes only the personal information needed to provide the service. Details are available in the Privacy Policy.

By using checkout, you acknowledge that your uploaded photo and email address are processed for AI report generation, payment handling, result delivery, support, and related service operations.

Mirrorly is a low-cost entertainment digital content service. We are not responsible for losses caused by using the output as professional advice or as a definitive judgment about a person.

To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, Mirrorly is not liable for external payment processor, email service, cloud, AI model, or network failures, nor for losses caused by incorrect user input or unauthorized uploads, except where caused by our intentional misconduct or gross negligence.

Mirrorly may update these Terms within the limits of applicable law. We will indicate the effective date and update this page. Material adverse changes will be announced in advance where reasonably possible or legally required.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, except where mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise. If a dispute arises, you and JoCoding, Inc. will first try to resolve it in good faith.
